Through the dedication of Main Street communities — already stretched thin — showing up for surveys, one-on-one meetings, storytelling, and providing consultation, again and again, whenever they could.

Through state agencies and statewide nonprofits lending many hands where they could with the many layers of advocacy (political or otherwise) that can be applied to our new organization.

Through the much needed technical assistance, data collection, and promotion strategy provided by volunteer experts in historic preservation and economic development.

The Oregon Main Street Network of programs has a louder voice.

Getting this organization off the ground took the effort of a lot of people who didn’t have the time to take on anything extra, but they did anyway because they believe in what we are doing and want to see our network thrive. 

While the work is only just beginning, we could not be more grateful.
